The post-season winter doldrums are a great time to get in some practice with your bow and refinement of your technique and that is just what I was working on with one of my buddies last weekend. Being relatively new to bowhunting, my friend is just figuring out the proper technique and form for shooting his bow and one of the first things we talked about is the proper way to bend your arm that holds the bow. I think a lot of people shoot with their arm straight out and this is one quick change that can make an immediate difference.
