Interview with Dr. James Kroll

Last night my local QDMA branch, here in South East Michigan, hosted a seminar featuring Dr. James C Kroll. Dr. Kroll is one of the worlds foremost experts on deer management and he has been a very influential voice in the new era of quality deer management. Dr. Kroll is a regular contributor to the North American Whitetail magazine and TV show, has written many books and conducted some of the most ground-breaking research studies in the deer world. In addition to his public works he is also a professor of forest wildlife and director of the Institute for White-tailed Deer Management and Research at Stephen F. Austin University.

All that being said, point is that Dr. James Kroll knows what he’s talking about and I was really excited to be able to hear him at this seminar. The evening was filled with great insight into the whitetail world and I certainly learned a lot. At the end of the session, Dr. Kroll was kind enough to take a few minutes to speak with me and share some thoughts with the Wired To Hunt Nation.
