We all know that Iowa is the land of giants, but nothing is guaranteed in hunting, not even in Iowa. Our buddy Michael Hunsucker of Heartland Bowhunter learned that last year in his first trip to Iowa for whitetails, as he came close, but never sealed the deal on a monster. But this year, on the last day of his Iowa trip, he laid the smack down on a giant whitetail. With the help of Jason Smith and Chad Freeberg of Whitetail Properties, Mike and Shawn Luchtel were able to get into position in a great pinch point and caught this bruiser of a buck cruising through! This hunt was particularly exciting because it was on a piece of land that is truly a whitetail mecca. Jason is listing this property for Whitetail Properties and it’s a true untouched whitetail gem. With no hunting pressure for 30 years, picture perfect terrain and loads of whitetails and turkeys, it just doesn’t get much better than this. Whoever ends up getting their hands on this piece of ground is in for a lifetime of amazing hunting. Whether or not you’re looking for property, taking a look at this property listing and pictures is worth it. It’s one of a kind.
