218 Inch Bucks Costs Ohio Poacher $24K – Whitetail 365: Due to a new rule in Ohio, a poacher will be fined $24K on counts of hunting by the aid of a motor vehicle, shooting from a roadway, and hunting without permission. A new state law uses this formula to determine the “restitution” payment the poacher must pay for poaching this buck…  Restitution Value = [(B&C gross score – 100)2 x $1.65]= $24K !
