I am beyond excited to share with you guys our first episode of this year’s web video series for Wired To Hunt. As we did last year, we’ll be bringing you along with myself and a few of my friends as we chase whitetails across the Midwest. Here on Wired To Hunt I try hard to have a good blend of information and stories and I know many of you have followed along with the story of our seasons for the past few years. As great as the written word and pictures are, there’s nothing like seeing a story come to life on video.

This year, more than ever, I’m excited to share that story with you on our webisodes. We’ll be launching a new episode every two weeks, detailing the hunts we’ve had over the past few days and what we’ve learned along the way. Hopefully you’ll enjoy seeing our successes, failures and fun – and maybe learn a thing or two along the way.

So without further adieu, episode 1 of 2012! Today we cover everything we’ve been up to in 2012 leading up to the hunting season. You’ll see our shed hunting success, food plot work, scouting, tree stand prep, and big velvet bucks. Enjoy!
