If you’re serious about deer hunting, you probably already understand that this is a year-round deal. And if you didn’t know that, well, here’s your wake-up call.

There’s something to do every month of the year related to deer hunting and if you want to become one of those guys or girls who consistently fills their tags, especially if you’re targeting mature bucks, you’d better be doing that work.

That said, I recently put together a little resource to help you make sure you’re on the right track – month by month- throughout the entire year.

The Whitetail Addict’s Monthly To-Do Checklist

This little resource is a FREE 15 page downloadable PDF, that covers each month of the year and a handful of different projects you should be working on at that time (and during the hunting season months, it focuses on basic hunting tactics for that timeframe). If you’re relatively new to deer hunting or at least serious deer hunting, this should be an incredibly helpful tool. And if you’re a seasoned veteran, it still should serve as a good reminder throughout the year. This is just a starting point and it obviously doesn’t cover everything you should be thinking about, but it should be enough to get you moving in the right direction.

Download a copy of the Whitetail Addict’s Monthly To-Do Checklist, print it off, and hang it up somewhere that you’ll see it daily. And then remember that if you want the venison in the freezer and the antlers on the wall, you’ve got to do the work.

So, if you’d like a copy of the To-Do Checklist, here’s how to get it.

– Simply scroll down towards the bottom of this page and look for the black bar with the title “Whitetail Addict?” There you’ll see two boxes where you can enter your name and email address. Do that, and click Join Now. That will sign you up for our Whitetail Fix newsletter and in your first email from us, you’ll receive the Whitetail Addict’s Monthly To-Do Checklist!

– If you’re already signed up for the newsletter, just respond to one of our past emails to you, ask for a copy of the PDF, and we’ll send that your way.

This year could be your best deer hunting season ever, but you’re going to have to work for it. So get yourself a copy of the checklist, make sure you’re staying on top of the projects each month, and then do the work!
