I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no new podcast this week. As some of you may have seen, I’m off for a bit in Montana. So thank you for your patience in waiting for a new episode til next week!

That said, today I wanted to still offer a few listening options for your next commute, workout session or long night at the job. Below I’ve pulled out four of my favorite episodes of The Wired To Hunt Podcast from the past year that I think are worth checking out. If you’re a long-time listener, these are episodes that I think you can still learn from with a second listen, and if you’re new, these are some of the best to get started with. That said, I hope you enjoy a few of our archival shows, and we’ll see you next week!

Ep #27: Hunting the October Lull w/Dan Infalt: This episode and episode #3 with Dan Infalt are just golden. Must-listen to material for folks hunting in high hunting pressure areas.

Ep #22: Patterning Mature Bucks w/Steve Bartylla: Steve dives into great detail regarding how to study and analyze the movements and behaviors of mature deer, it’s a fascinating and very helpful discussion.

Ep #12: The Life of a Whitetail Bum: This is one episode that is very different from all of our others, but I think you’ll enjoy it. If anyone has ever shaken their head at you and said “you’re crazy” when hearing you describe your upcoming deer hunting plans, this one’s for you. Might even want your significant other to listen in, to help prove that you’re not the only one like “this”!

Ep #21: Early Season Hunting Strategies w/Terry Drury: While the title mentions early season hunting, Terry shares some insights that are applicable at all times of the hunting season. So many great pieces of wisdom in this one.
